Sharooz Raoofi, active in the music scene since 2010, has collaborated with Modular and Fool’s Gold labels. He is the founder of Sample Magic, Attack Magazine, Wavetick, and Principle Pleasure studios. His work includes remixes for Grammy winners Moby and Robyn and music for films like Netflix’s Baby and Rust and Bone. Under the alias Principleasure, his debut LP was acclaimed as Mixmag’s Electro album of the month. Featured in DJ Magazine, Future Music, and others, Sharooz has worked with Roland and Apple and has pioneered the modern sample pack market. His ventures include Sounds to Sample, Sample Magic, and Dynamic, all of which have seen significant success. In 2021, he founded Audiaire, which was acquired by Splice, and in 2022, he launched Wavetick, a marketplace for beat creators.
